There is a huge difference between Socialism and National Socialism. Socialism is a form of Communism. They both seek to devour private ownership. National Socialism is almost the same as a Republic. Study more about it. While I do realize that the names are similar the goals are not in any way.

Actually to me it is a bit more than sometimes needed. It is should be held in respect 99.999% of the time. I hate to say it but the constitution sometimes needs to be WISELY pushed aside... an emphasis on wisely... Abraham Lincoln preserved the union though a disregarding the constitution at times.

homeland security is only worrying when planes arnt flying into r buildings or bombs blowing up in crowded places. i dont really care for it either but the freedomes americans take for granted really arnt free people bitch about shit like this untill sumthing happens to them then they bitch and say well the government should have had sumthing in place to stop it. this shouldnt of happened to me. so its a catch 22. but things like this need to be closely watched by the people,senate&congress

thank you.well put there r countles times in history where the constitution was pushed aside or actions were shadowed by word play. two cases nixon n watergate he knew damn well that what he was doing was not only against the law it was unconstitutional but he felt he was above it Bush&cheney using the NSA and blackwater for a top secret assassination program which is deff illegal but through word play and a smoke screen nothing will ever happen.hate to say it but sumtimes its needed.
