Bicycle Helmet PSA

A Public Service Announcement I created as a Service Learning Project in AP Chemistry class. I got the statistics from the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. There are plenty more, but I felt that they couldn't have fit into the video.

The background story is true, from a buddy of mine who told me after I revealed that I wanted to do a video on bike helmet safety.
