  • P90X gives you results in a week... it is great.. .just listen to him the whole time... pace yourself... do the fit test... find what your starting number is for everything... it is very motivating to see that number double and triple in just a few weeks. Good luck to you... I will be watching you to find my motivation to go back to P90X... I lasted only 2 weeks... I have issues... I know... but I'm ready to go back to it. BRING IT!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I own it and Im going to start Monday as well!!! Cool finally someone I can do this with side by side, I tried it once a long time again and hated the Yoga part.

    what im doing to loose weight is taking Tribulus and following my rutine and changing from a week to another.

    Tribulus because I have an imbalance on hormones. its doing me some good now.. im 20 and have the body of a 12 yold O_O
