Except that the only one that's actually a theory (i.e., supported by all the scientific evidence) is so-called "atheistic" evolution. All the other options require belief in something supernatural for which there is no empirical evidence whatsoever.

Scientific theories IMPROVE with time as more evidence comes in. That's their STRENGTH. Thus evolutionary theory can be tweaked, but it won't be replaced by anything that contradicts existing evidence.

@Underlings Evolution is a theory, an idea. It is not taught as a *proven* theory. When it is taught in the classroom, at least where my son goes (HS), it is the Theory of Evolution and is presented as an idea but the way it is presented as if it was solved on absolute truth which it is not.

Evolution I would not say *tweaked* but a manipulated theory.

@Gentilejedi Are you serious? Look up the definition of "theory." It does NOT mean "conjecture," as you seem to think. It's an explanation that has been highly tested and supported by the evidence, and few theories have been more rigorously tested than evolution.

News flash: NO THEORY is EVER proven true. Ever. Theories can only be proved FALSE, and Biblical creationism HAS.

@Underlings I'm aware of the *supposed* evidence or evolution and I appreciate you listening to this, partial or fully. I will watch your video.

They have been rigorously tested? A scientific theory is a careful attempt to explain certain observable facts of nature by means of experiments. Evolution is not observable, repeatable, or refutable and thus does not qualify as either a scientific fact or theory.

Is Evolution true and does God exist......... Both take extraordinary faith to believe

@Underlings My son's science teacher has even said, evolution has not been proven but uses [supposed] scientific facts to *undergird* it. There are other theories from a non-Biblical standpoint that are not allowed to be presented in the public school system because they refute evolution. I feel kids should have the freedom to learn Evolution, Creationism or other Scientific Theories as they choose and decide for themselves.
