Goodbye Baby Blue Dragon - Rant on Jagex 's glitches

On January 06, 2010, I was finally reunited with my baby blue dragon!!!! After 4 months I finally got it back =).

The point of this vid is to show how glitches can make someone dislike Jagex customer service when it comes to getting there items back. I personally belive that Jagex should honor thoses who have PROOF and or are trustable to return items if they are lost due to a glitch. I personally lost my dragon from the Construction update for Pets in the house. Yet Jagex won't give me my dragon back, even under a player mod, I can't be trusted by Jagex (ya wtf).

I do understand why Jagex doesn't give item if they are lost to a glitch because players can claim they lost an item they didn't have. HOWEVER if there is legit PROOF (such as this vid) they should honor their glitch and return what is lost due to Jagex mistake.

I'm letting my thread die (just like Jagex did with my dragon) However I did post a link on what a J MOD said. Take a look at it and enjoy my fustration.
