How To Change The Default Desktop Background In Windows 7 Starter

I deleted the last video and upload a new one...to prove that the method works.You'll need the background changer program and WinRAR.

UPDATE: Due to the deletion of the program from Mediafire I've decided to put a link to a software that adds the "Personalize" option in the right-click menu, just as in the rest of the Windows 7 versions. No more black screens. Enjoy! :)

@3690ful Well, it's your decision if you follow the tutorial or not. I'm not forcing you to do this. I've put it just to help you, but if you don't like it, well....it's your opinion:). For me it worked perfectly. I've done this like 20 times to see if are problems so it's not my fault. For some it works, for some it doesn't work.
