  • How much upgraded is it from a stock monocog? yours has disc breaks ?

  • @Sumacpipecarver well technically it's not an upgrade, because I didn't upgrade anything. I built this bike up from frame up. Race face evolve ss crankset, bb7 disc brakes, inexpensive wheels and tires (big mistake to skimp on the wheelsets), and some parts laying around in the garage.

  • wicked trail i wish we had trails like that here. im usually pedaling my brains out hes not even trying on that trail its smooth coasting the whole time nice trail.

  • @ein99999 yeah, this is one of my favorite trail that is pretty close to my house. i did however, edited a lot of the uphill part on the video.

  • Nice video! dude, you're hardcore! Rigid MTB are the best and the hardest~

  • @timtam006 for mtb-ing, i've ridden hardtail, rigid, and full suspension. All three are fun regardless, but riding rigid and ss always puts a big grin on my face.

  • Fully rigid..nice!

  • @MovieMad007 No you get more tired on a full suspension because the shock absorbs energy, shocks will be a hinder on flat surfaces and rather than all your energy driving forward with a rigid, it would be sucked up with suspension, pedaling efficiency is lost your bobbing up and down

  • You get more tired quicker on a rigid MTB i think if I'm correct because all the shock has to be absorbed by your body (arms and legs) acting as suspension therefore taking all your energy out of you whereas with a hardtail or full susp, they have shocks to absorb some of the impact therefore putting lessof a strain on your body
