Even if the lady did repay the 90 bucks, she should have repaid it a second time (getting a receipt!!!) just to get him off her back. BTW, they both look and sound pretty nutty to me.

Just goes to show you, you can never tell a book by it's cover. The defendant you would never guess was Hispanic, and the Plaintiff, looks sane, but he is nutty and a little dangerous. (perhaps he needs more sex in his life, IDK)
