  • it's all about juan right here

  • Something was obviously bothering the band during the show but Juan and Cedric (especially) were stellar.

  • It stops just before what would be the 'jamming' bit. Damn.

  • click on part 2.

  • this dudes drumming is boring... minimalist... pridgen was over the top, but still really entertaining.

im afraid its gonna be a hard feat to find a drummer that meshs with the band as much as theodore did thos years back

  • I'd do that job. How would the job advert look?

    ATTENTION :

Looking for teacup refiller for one of the most kickass bands of this decade!

    I'd do it.

  • @jarenlorenz No he wasn't.

  • @pimpriggsley You all do understand that Dave Elitch was the drummer for the mars volta before Thomas Pridgen?

  • Theodore = Amazing at latin, salsa, face paced beats.

Prigden = Best show off drummer Volta has had

Elitch = Compliments Volta better than Prigden. (but not as good as theodore my opinion)

  • @marc777danielle

dave used to be my teacher. i know whats up. fool sheds with the dopest drummers around. he's a fucking BEAST!

  • Thanks mate! Strange statement, but informative all the same.

  • @kenraq2000 if you look him up at wikipedia, you'll see his statement about his relationship to the band:)

  • @kymusabi I agree. I'm a massive Thomas Pridgen fan and was devastated to find out I wouldn't be seeing him play with MV @ the BDO, but after watching Dave Elitch play I fell in love all over again. He had such a great vibe on stage and was a joy to watch. I'm really looking forward to their next studio release that hopefully includes him. Speaking of Pridgen...does anybody know what happened with him and MV?
