I use measuring cups in all dessert recipes and when I say 1 cup that is equal to 240 ml.hope that this helped.

مرحبا كل عام وانت بخير انا جربت القطايف اليوم زبط معي يسلمو كتير بس لقيت صعوبة كتير لما بسكر كل حبة و في منهم ما رضيت اتسكر ما بعرف ليه بس الي زبطو طلع كتير زاكية مع الجبنة النابلسية

@1abudayya << you can find this cheese in wallmart ,Kroger or Target,, but make sure first its Mexican white Mezorola cheese.. and they sale it in clear bags, not in cans like the video. and i think its just 3 or 4 dollars.

اختي القطايف ما بيستون كثييير على النار هذا اللي يخليهم ما يلصقون حاولي تخليهم طريين شوي وشيلي كل وحدة من القلاية ولصقيها على طول وحطي جانبا لحتى تنتهي من الخليط
