It's funny. Everyone hates on Spokane. Just wait until you move somewhere else. I was born in Spokane so I suppose I understand the ins and outs, but, I've lived in lots of places and Spokane always calls you back. So many people who leave finally understand it once they're gone. I've lived in Hawaii, Virginia, Seattle, New Jersey, Montana and have been many places in between and NOWHERE have I found the decent lifestyle and laidback pace of Spokane. It's either hillbillies, traffic, or Spokane.

I was born and raised there, got unstuck 14 years ago and moved to phoenix az with 1500 dollers and made it.

Iv lived in Vegas, L.A., Portland, Sacramento, Yakima, and I live in Spokane. Iv also visited several other places and by far the best of them all is Spokane. We have tree's, good clean water, no wacky laws, plus good food and entertainment, once your over 21 it gets way better and there is way more to do. I love it here, were the sane part of the country.

Absolutely how I feel right this minute as I've tried to get out of this damn place for the past seven years. Couldn't sell home this year so stuck another year! Aaaaahhhhh!!!!!
