Thank you for all your comments, the reason why we leave the roast up far from the fire so that the roast dont get done right away, I grow up with this things.. I know!!!

Hi,, Thank you for stopping by my site. The pig weighted at 118 pounds and I started cooking it around 5:30 AM and it was done by 2:00PM.. Part of the pig wasn't done but we where able to cut some part that are done'' It was my very first time doing a roast pig, ang it was yummy!
