Autospot machine

Custom made auto spot machine. Manufactured by GetStrength.com for Counties Fitness. Started as an of the shelf design by GetStrength that was available with either a flat bench or incline bench permanently fixed to it. Following long discussions and over 100 hours of fabrication we now have a design that will work in pretty much any position (even standing with no bench). Idea for home gyms if you don't have a training partner - since half the battle is getting the weight up into the exercise position. From our limited testing so far users are reporting they are able to go heavier with the auto spot machine than without.

The dumb bells don't go back in rack, you just put them on the floor as you normally would. The idea is to allow you to go heavier than you could if you had to man handle the db's into the start position.
