This exercise is a great pop/landing exercise with focus on coordination, balance and power. It will give you a greater pop and make you land harder trix. This is what you do: You should determent for your self how high you can jump. Place the box in a kind of cross, so that you can jump left, middle and right.

Always face the middle box, when you're on the ground. Twist 90 degrees when you jump right and left. Always shoot your butt back and keep your back straight to maximize activation of your glutes. Check out all the videos and articles on
