When in Nashville the http://motorhomediaries.com guys sat-down with Michele Seven who, two months before, had received a letter from the IRS that claimed that she owed close to $640,000 in taxes and penalties from 2006. Michele, a single mother of three, doesn't feel it's her duty to give money she earned to something which she morally disagrees such as funding abortions and waging war.

In this powerful video Michele shares her story, expands on her rationale and asks others to think about whether taxes and how those taxes are spent are just and if not, to take stand up against what they know is wrong.

  • @DougKendall I am an anarchist who is trying to speak to an audience of people who can barely digest mild suggestions by Ron Paul. :/

  • So...she only has to obey the laws she agrees with? And should everyone behave in this manner? I want to call her ignorant, but she knows that she's simply a criminal.

  • What a foolishness woman! This video is exhibit #1 for prosecution. I feel sorry for her kids - no inheritance because of their ignorant mom. She rambles incoherently refering to the bill of rights but ignoring 16th amendment which makes income tax just as constitutional as amendments 1-10. True Christians pay their taxes like Jesus paid His, "When they arrived at Capernaum, the tax men came to Peter and asked, "Does your teacher pay taxes?" Peter said, "Of course." Matt 17:24-25 Message.

  • hmmm... Rambling, unfocused, undisciplined, faulty reasoning.

  • @missliberty7 you think you have it tough. try being a left-libertarian/market socialist whose trying to speak to an audience of people who think Ron Paul is mild. :(

  • taxes belong onto the value of land/sites and privilege - Adam Smith, Henry George. If the public collects the publicly created value of sites/location, then corporate America will pay its fair share and the people witll enjoy a citizens dividend. web wealthandwant . com

  • 4 IRS pirates don't like this video.

  • @hazeywolf There is nothing "fair" about taxation, especially when the "fair" tax would set into motion a 23% tax rate and give "prebates" (wealth redistribution)! If Russian countries can get by on a 13% tax--and our economy is more robust than theirs--we can surely get by on much less (until we can abolish taxation, altogether, that is).
