@flpapiswingswing17 Exactly, I myself work on the stock crew at a grocery store and sometimes I will take an item and look at the ingredients and find that I have no idea what in hell half of that stuff even is or even how to pronounce it. Then I look it up later and find it that it might as well be arsenic or rat poison.

Why do they keep using these scare tactics. I don't understand. Why hasn't anyone talked about Xylitol the natural sweetener that is an alternative to Aspartame the bacteria feces that you talk about in the video hmmmmmm. My friend doesn't believe me that aspartame is bad for you. What should I do? I tried telling her to youtube Alex jones, but for some reason she doesn't want to. She keeps saying how aspartame is safe and is just amino acids. She also tells me how doctors and/ or specialists say aspartame has been studied and has no health effects. How do I convince her. I care for her well being. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
