First Time Using Cabelas Dehydrator

This is the first time using the Cabelas 80L 1600w Dehydrator.
I had bananas, kiwi, plums, red delicious apples, ambrosa apples, fuji apples, pink lady apples, mangos, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, red grapes, purple grapes, pears, and blackberries. Ill have a follow up to show the results.

Mine will not go past 95 degrees whats going on do you know?

@telegraphmyass I would call Cabelas because at that heat not everything can be properly dehydrated. Meat products at that temperature could be bad. The heat element probably has a defect.
