Hey Paul I am in doing well too. I had the flu for 1 month and now I am better the only thing I get is jerking in just the left leg 10 or so times a minute so I feel very happy for the both of us and the noises in my head have almost stopped. I am still have trouble with my sleep and thought patters but as you may remember I was in a right state. So I shall meet you half way up Everest. lol talk soon
