I don't think this is a rip of Neil.. influenced a bit, maybe, but anyone who picks up an acoustic guitar has that cross to bear. Sounds to me like a mix of Rumours era Fleetwood Mac and something from the "O Brother.." soundtrack.

And I mean that as a compliment. Good Stuff!
