I have both games, and seriously, I drool over ArmA2's amazing graphics, but the AI is shit and that makes me play Operation Flashpoint 2 instead. Although not as fantastic graphics and effects as ArmA 2 it has waaaay better AI...

@FOXeye95 The reason they "ignored its origins" is because these aren't even the same developers. The original OFP designers hadn't the rights to the franchise, so they went on to create ArmA/Arma 2. If you are looking for the sequel to OFP, that is what you want.
OFP2 is just a shooter on rails, designed with casual console play in mind with limits imposed on where you can go and what you can do, with careful attention given to level length so couch-sitters don't get bored. CoD, in a word.

operation flashpoint dragon rising has good things that arma 2 doesnt have and arma has good things that operation flashpoint doesnt have but there doesnt excist something like the PERFECT GAME

operation flashpoint 1 was even more realistic than this game, this game is rly fuked up (sorry for the term) but seriously , they ignored its origins and made it a game more for the average joe, or the average mw2 player ... u guys try the first one and you will understand :D

Noone agrees, because you are idiots. This is excellent graphics. And considering it's real world physics & a hugh free roaming map. It's fucking unbelievable. Go back to your Hollywood style of realism, scripted AI, and lane-running of COD you halfwit.

lets get one thing straight! its a combat simulator people. its not about the graphics its about the realism and scariness of modern infantry combat; the original opf had shit graphics but it didn't matter, because it was realism and tactics and it was popular as hell. the people who made this game made it very clear! if you like idiotic gun blasting and john rambo shit this game is not for you. your better suited for games like call of duty and bf2, so stop whining and bitching about this game.
