They are white, they are fluffy and there are three of them - a set of white tiger triplets are the latest residents at Argentina's Buenos Aires Zoo. The cubs are only 40 days old, but already they act like they are all king of the jungle.

Their unusual colour comes from a recessive gene. All white tigers must inherit the white gene from both their parents in order to be white. "They are white Bengal tigers. It is a genetic expression that occurs every now and again in nature but it is very rare that they survive in the wild. There are only 250 animals of this variety of the white Bengal tiger in captivity," explained the Buenos Aires Zoo Vet, Miguel Rivolta, said.

Pffft i have better things to do then find you links.

Do a simple search for "wild white tigers" on google and you will find countless sources. Quite a few have been spotted, some caught and there are quite a few skins of white tigers from back in the late 1800's-mid 1900's.

And as i said you dont need white tigers to have white babies they just need orange ones with the genes.

bout the guy above saying that the facts are wrong, they arent, what he said is both muct have the gene not that both cats have to be white, aslong as you have 2 cats with that gene the kittens will be white, both white and orange cats can have that gene.
