@beautywithin85 my new vid is the featured one on my channel. Should work fine. Its on autoplay. KEEP that DBT diploma on the wall! Marsha Linehan originally developed this for BPD,then Bullimia & BED, NOT for Anorexia, b/c their brains are so malnourished & DBT being quite complex, we can't absorb it effectively until we are nutritionally sound. Interesting. I've learned so much and am writing a book about it....a narrative, not in poem form. Called Apocalypse Every Day-Please Feed Me."

If you're making a video about DBT you should make on about Cognitive as well...especially for people with Borderline.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy was created by Marsha Linehan and it was derived from treating BPD. They are skills, mindfulness, radical acceptance, interpersonal effectiveness, etc. It's very helpful in ED's thjerapy. It's an awesome way to actually live your life. It's changed my entire outlook. Both CBT is good too, but DBT fits more with the treatment of ED's.

@beautywithin85 I'm graduating from Treatment on Thursday, nutritionally healthy and mindfully healthy :) Ive got an upcoming surgery date for my knee (again) A torn ACL and a torn meniscus. Then I continue with aftercare. I put up a new video, go see :) xxx
And yes, I felt those healing vibes from you, love! <3

@TrustorBust716 CONGRATS!!!! That is so AMAZING. Shhhh but I still have my DBT diploma on my wall. I'm actually more proud of it than I am my highschool diploman. Where's your new video? I tried to see it but the only videos I could see were posted months ago.
