http://www.cartwrightlaw.com Wrongful death lawsuit filed against CVS pharmacy drug store for choking a customer after it was alleged that he stole toothpaste and crayons. The customer's father brought suit after the coroner ruled the death a homicide. The store must act reasonably (can use reasonable force) to protect its store but this act was far beyond reasonable. This case highlights an San Francisco problem that is being ignored by the police, that bouncers and security personnel are acting with unreasonable force in night clubs & stores like Safeway throughout San Francisco Bay Area

  • If the so called "police" the legal system refuse to prosecute this type of action, does the responsibility not fall on the general public to uphold justice?
