TLC sues Jon to take away his right to be a father. Keep a father in court, take away a fathers way to provide an income for his children FORCES a corporate world to exploit our children. Will yo watch ANY TLC shows knowing they don't have YOUR best interest but rather their own interest to profit off of exploiting kids?

Why can't they just stop that show. Clearly all the fame has gone to their heads and its doing no good for the kids. Now granted I like the show, but is it really worth damaging the kids.

. Hasn't TLC done enough damage to this family then to now sue Jon. TLC is only hurting the kids if he sues Jon and Jon had to go to jail as he can't pay. Any money Jon has should be used to raise his kids not to benefit TLC more by making them richer. TLC doesn't need the money or they wouldn't be paying such big bucks to do reality shows. TLC is just using this to get back at Jon for canceling the show, TLC leave this family alone.

I think Kate is the one who thinks that she is the star, but of course no one dares to view her in that light because she's portrayed not only as a victimized & abandoned single mother but also as a compassionate & genuine human being, while Jon is being treated like a foreigner who violated & mistreated one of their own. She's the one that was writing all of the books, making book signing events, going on talk shows (before the drama), & worst of all, opting to continue filming the show.
