@kicktothebass ok man thanks soo much for ur concern, maybe u should watch some other videos huh? kuk sool is an art, its not for ppl who want to be cage fighters, i dont practice it anymore, but when i was, it helped me to lose a lot of weight, im talking like around 110 lbs, obviously not all from kuk sool, but its a good martial art

they are hard to come by. he isn't filmed very much. there are also rumors that he is stepping down soon (at the next world championship, in October 08)

ah really? thats aweosme! i presume you were one of the ones from clear lake.....came in hordes... i loved the acrobatics. i competed as a bluebelt, 15-17, and got gold in sparring and 4th in techniques, so nothing too big. yeah i have a friend who competed against you. im glad you like the vid!
