@shanecardwell -- I've just called Tefal, they say thre is no different nosel.. is that possible? Do you have a link I can access so that I can see if the nosel is different from the one on this video and the one I have?

Huray for tefal I have had my quick cup for about a year now and its still going strong I took the filter out ages ago and that gives you a bit more room for water only descaled it once mabe i better do it again soon but I think the quick cup is great
