Clips from the five-hour march of the Regimental Band of Virginia Tech, The Highty-Tighties, in the New Orleans Mardi Gras Endymion Parade on 2/21/2009. The parade started at 4:15 P. M., and the Highty-Tighties began marching about 5:00 P. M.
What a treat to have some a great contribution to the Endymion Parade. My husband is a krewe member Thanks so much for coming to New Orleans & we look forward to your return!
What a great marching band! Coming from Virginia Tech and creating a stir in this crazy Mardi Gras parade is a real tribute to the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech should receive equal attention as sports (also great!) Let's read and hear more about the entire University!
