Anni Hogan - the executioner's song ( Kickabye )

this is clip #6 in my series of brilliant last tracks of brilliant albums. Track is by Anni Hogan and is the final track of her 1985 ep. "Annie Hogan plays 'Kickabye'" (back then Annie spelled with "ie"). The e.p., including guest-vocals by Nick Cave and Marc Almond and superior lyrics by Jessamy Calkin, is re-released with more trax on the beautiful 2CD "Kickabye" on Cold Spring.

Wow. I'm just finding out about Anni Hogan. Thanks for putting this up! Thank you! =) I'm falling in love with her slowly. =) I didn't even know she worked with Nick Cave (whom I still have to listen to) AND Marc Almond (I <3 him!) =)
