Rush - 2112 (mixed with String Quartet) [Overture and The Temple of Syrinx] HD 1/3

Well, first of all this video is a humble tribute for the greatest trio of rock history. I wasn't concentrate in make a video; I was focus in mix the String Quartet Tribute version of 2112 to the original song. But the idea to put this version of the song on YouTube came out and I decided to make this limited video (however the video is ok). It took me about 12 hours without stop to make the mix of this song (I was a real zombie when I finished it). Anyway, the video took me about 7 hours; I used a few images from the band and a few images from the movie Final Fantasy - Spirit Within (2001) to make it. I hope you can enjoy it, see ya!
Rush - 2112 from the album 2112 (1976). The album 2112 features an eponymous seven-part suite written by Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, with lyrics written by Neil Peart.
2112 is one of two Rush albums listed in 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die (the other being Moving Pictures).

You describe Rush as the Greatest Rock Trio in history.... I agree, that is true. However, in my humble opinion, Rush is simply & clearly the Greatest Rock Band (of any size) in history, & it's impossible to imagine a future band which will match their brilliance... Wonderful, wonderful songs & stage career spanning over 40 years, & now continuing with "Clockwork angels." The word 'Respect' may as well have been invented for this amazing trio.......
