@freeze3kgt- yes that's the stock rear fender cut/trimmed.

@manwithoutastar- for the 650 you'll need the DNA -2" or (2" under) Springer. The 2" shorter than stock Springer length is the same length as the stock 650 fork. This way you won't have any rake/trail issues.
