I wonder who named these birds. Cockatoos love rain but he is an Umbrella Cockatoo! Looks like he is having great fun! Is he ok? Is he a rescue bird? His feathers look seriously chewed.

@verticalsmurf He is a rescue :) He is between 15 and 20 years old and in his previous home he was used for breeding where he was never handled or given attention. We've had him for maybe 3 or 4 years and they haven't gotten any better unfortunately.
