It's not the illegal immigrants fault, it's the corrupt policies of Mexico that is doing this. The government down there doesn't care enough about it's own people to educate them, create a middle class, provide some sort of healthcare, etc. It does however promote an unsustainable population that is encouraged to abuse our border and wire money back to Mexico while everyone takes a cut.

I think this was a big mistake for Foley and Dixon. Clearly the federal government isn't doing anything and might not anytime soon. Passing the buck didn't get my vote. I'm a big fan of Katrina Foley. I hope she learns that Costa Mesa wants less talk and more rock on this issue. We need to act locally and think globally.
