Yes they (WACOM) made new generation Cintiq 21 with more pressure levels and buttons all around that's all not big deal.

Lol Cintiq dosen't suck. They're one of the best tablets around, And it comes down to how fast your computer CPU is that will tell the speed.

My laptop is 1.83 gHz core duo, 3 G RAM, plenty of space, is this a good setup for using the cintiq or should I get some upgrade?

Also, where is the cheapest place I can find this cintiq?

I dont think so...the drivers were updated since then,but I dont think this can get any better...but in any case,wacom is the leader in the tablet business
