P1 It seems unreal, but when you combine the digital age with government protocols wikileaks is a fact of our time.every move for a diplomat in the western world is to be officially recorded.unlike some third world nations,the diplomat is not working for his wife or grandfather,he is serving his nation and he is bond to a strict code of behaviors. the complexity of the worldwide web along with the art of hacking makes leaking inevitable.
