  • US Postal service, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, California all have in common? They are Bankrupt. I live in Mass. Our MBTA and Turnpike Authority are Bankrupt. Our RMV just raised fees and closed 11 branches. Higher cost, less service. The government is going to run healthcare, Good Luck!

  • The insurance companies, instead of controlling the entire healthcare system, can sell insurance to Non US Citizen and supplemental medical insurance to those who desire it

Healthcare shall be provided to US citizen only.

Every US citizen should have a Universal Healthcare Card. This will eliminate fraud, overcharge and unnecessarily treatments.

All nursing homes, assistant living facilities, mental institution and other home healthcare should have an annual budget.

  • Notice how the pro-socialized medicine guys are appealing to emotion and other fallacious argumentation. One of them says that waiting lines aren't a problem in other countries with "universal health care". Well, I live in one of those countries and can attest to the absurdity of this statement.

  • The title of the debate is biased. It pretty says, "Proponents for health care reform mean proponents for big government.."

  • America's 47 million uninsured

18 million - People who can afford it, but don't want it.

    8.4 million - 18 to 25 year olds who think they're "indestructible"

12.6 million - Illegal immigrants (So who cares?)

9.4 million - People who are in between jobs and only temporarily uninsured

8 million - Children who are covered but haven't been signed up by their parents

3.5 million - People eligible for government health programs that they haven't signed up for

  • Obamacare was signed on March 2010 with 59% of the people disapproving according to a CNN poll. The CBO scored Obamacare on six years of coverage for 10 years of taxes, which is how the CBO showed the bill to be deficit neutral . It’s unconstitutional mandating all citizens to purchase health care. Even Pelosi said, “We have to pass the bill, so you can find out what is in it.” watch?v=KoE1R-xH5To It’s also meant to take over industry watch?v=p-bY92mcOdk

  • Try to implement a WORLD THOUGH OF system in a country. Help them with a system. Watch and see how that system grows.

  • @Shoosh40 : Well, i am not American, but if a foreigner living in America work and pay his taxes, i think he deserve Healthcare: he payed for it. Well, in a universal healthcare system of course.

  • @SocialDissimulation Why should I believe any different?

  • @ericjamesharlow

Polls and stastics are flawed. The counrty isn't conserative. Plus, the bill has been passed.

The conserative ways in the first place is the reason why our economy is falling.

  • @CloudsofBliss so if 76% of the country is conservative, than how on earth could this bill get passed? Answer : Because men and women are willing to put their interests before the countries so they can get re-elected next year. It's a selfish cluster fuck over there in washington.
