Just so you know, there is no way that this belt (or any other really) is going to make an effective TQ at all. You won't get nearly enough pressure on with it to cut off the circulation to an effective level.
Even if you don't have a medical kit, a bandanna and pen/stick will give you a better improvised TQ than a cinched belt.

it's sells for a good price it's really heavy duty what i mean by that is it can hold your pants well and still have a lot of gear on your waist. buy one and you will know what i mean, i had mine for 3 mounths still looks brand new.
