apparently he was in a car accident a couple years ago and had reconstructive surgery on his face but i never heard about him being in a car accident and he hasn't confirmed being in one either. he probably got some cheek fillers in his face but it also could be getting old and/or health problems he's not talking about. he does look noticeably different around the eyes and cheeks.

Love Sean!!! Such a good actor and so down to earth. Really am finding the 'what happened to his face' comments ridiculous, this man is just shy of 50. He has aged pretty gracefully and still keeps an active lifestyle with his Brazilian Jiujitsu. Love how honest he is! :P

I can't believe what happened to his face, his eyes! At 2008 he looked normal and during one year something...collapsed... Is he sick? I hope it is not plastic surgery or so...he can't be so shallow! Where is that beatiful face??? Damn...I feel some kind of..loss...

Never in a million years Sean appeared on The Y&R a while back (he's still on it, thank goodness), would I have connected hm to the Powder character. I couldn't believe it. He's cute as a button. A little off-the-wall, but cute!!!!.
