Bob McNair explains the Houston Texans Draft Budget and Team's strategy three days before the 2006 NFL Draft. Texans then signed DL Mario Williams rather than RB Reggie Bush. This segment offers some clues. Note Mc Nair's concern over "signability."

  • @amdturion123 Vince? Why would you want Vince when you have Schaub? Why do you want an mentally-unstable personality? Do we need a Reggie Bush? No, we have Foster. We do need a defensive-end and Mari Williams isn't that bad. He needs more support though with the interior linemen.

  • @skiddles31 super bowl ring a bell?

  • McNair is a F-ing idiot.

  • mario ain't doing shit either

  • Texastraitor- Well, I'm from Houston and I would rather have Vince! The only time I go see the pathedic Texans is when Vnce is in town I wear his Jersey and spend the money to go see "him." DowntownPhillie had it right. I really hope you're not a fellow Longhorn, Mr. Benedict Arnold.

  • You might be surprised to by this stat but the HOUSTON TEXANS ARE THE ONLY TEAM IN THE NFL THAT HAVE SOLD OUT EVERY GAME IN THEIR FRANCHISE HISTORY. They love them some football down there in Texas. Selling tickets isn't an issue. Anyone who is still arguing about the Texans 2006 draft isn't paying attention. EPSN rated that 2006 Texans draft class as one of the top 30 of all time for any team. The drafted like 3 to 4 pro bowlers. It was sick. Look it up.

  • at least with or without our dogkiller we have a great chance to win our Division.what do the Texans have???.they be lucky to win 6 games and finish 3rd in the division..

  • Screw winning, I guess selling out is all the matters. BTW, enjoy your dog killer up there.

  • i would doubt Sage or Schaub would beat out KerryCollins i fthey were in the same team.....VinceYoung aint the best thrower but one thing he cant do is EXCITED the fans, meaning SELLOUT homegames........by the way "REALITY" is that as long as PEYTONMANNING is still playing the TEXANS aint winning anything......

  • OK, since you are asking anyone in Texas (I live in Austin) I will answer. So the real question is would I rather have the guy that passed for last season 3043 yds, 15 tds, 10 ints or a backup QB in TN that can't beat out Kerry Collins who last year threw for 219 yds, 1 td, 2 ints and a career completion % of 57%? Hmm, let me think about that one. OK, I admittedly am a Longhorn fan however I can take of my burnt orange glasses to see reality.
