Thanks Mandapop....love your video. I am also oil pulling...it tightened up a loose tooth for me. To my understanding to get the best results is to oil pull with sunflower oil for twenty minutes...up to three times a day on an empty stomach. I generally do my treatment once in the morning before my coffee. Thanks again

@kgwrld thanks so much for the nice comment! :) The loose tooth thing is what struck my interest is well, but I think it fixed on its own and not by the oil pulling.. Truthfully I only did it once. I should try to pick up more of a routine since it's supposed to be so healthy! Happy swishing! hehee

I have never tried the oil in mouth thing, but I have heard great things about it! I am totally going to sign up and do it! Wonderful video! AWW... Well I'm glad you got all that out of it! ... Truthfully I only did the oil thing for a little while. My bf DRINKS like 3 (or is it 7? or 10? ah I can't remember now) ounces of Olive Oil! Apparently it's super healthy! WEIRD!!

Yeah sorry kid oil remedy totally makes you a hemphead. Eh who am I to judge I'm starting to use olive oil and rosemary on my scalp and facial hair to stimulate growth. Post 2k hippies FTW.
