I'm in the Army ROTC from South Carolina, and I know some gay guys in my battalion, they're some great folks. Now before anyone gets the wrong idea, I am conservative, a Christian, and straight, but I'm not going to let my views force me to betray my fellow comrades in arms. They're great guys and they're doin a great job.The only presidential candidate supporting it that has any chance of winning is John McCain, and he's behind in the poles right now.

We have served in silence since long before my tour as a military policeman during the Korean Conflict in 1950-1951. It's time to change. Service members should not be asked to have integrity, but simultaneously be required live a lie.
