Yes, just in one case, the song Bernardette written by David, and sung in some shows in USA during 1979.

does anybody know if some of dire straits early stuff has david on vox? i don't think i would have known the difference! there voices are very similar.

Yep - I bought that album too - I put it in my car the day I got it, and it's still in the player! A brilliant album. Very romantic. Chris Rea makes an appearance on it too!

Beautiful. I just love his album Ship of Dreams. Definitely underrated.

Agree with Mark here, Ship of Dreams is one of the best singer/songwriter albums ever made. Wish it had sold more than it did.
