BMW ussually make astoundingly superb vehicles. the e38 7-series was even a bond car, however that is absoluetely ridiculous. i was looking at these as my dad wants to buy a BMW 7-series. however according to a number of owners on the numerous BMW forums, the ones after this date are as sturdy and reliable as a honda or toyota with the poorly designed ECU beinging ditched and replaced. those ones are great cars.
What a bunch of arrogant pricks at BMW, as much money as you would spend on these cars BMW should provide exemplary service to it's customers. Right on to the gentleman that dumped those POS on the dealer lot.
@airtouch01 Lexus? Get a life mate, If you loose your load over such lame cars you will go nuts if you ever drive a decent car.
Lexus=failed pretentiousness.
Look at me I'm in a Toyota with electric seats! Weeeeeeee! Oh no corner coming! Ahhhhhh! I just oversteered and crashed which scratched all of the gold plate of my jewelry and ruined my counterfeit clothes!
All staff working for Toyota, please redirect your posts to the next auto video and remember, stay on script ( never had a problem, a friend of mine...., never let me down ).
My 2002 745Li is a real lemon. After 17 k. miles, after countless replacements of spark plugs and coils finally JMK BMW decided to replace most of valve parts etc.. Parts only over $ 4k. Soon after, whole steering system, front brakes, trunk opening mechanism, some gaskets.windows do not close, display shows empty fuel tank after fill up, all brakes get stuck itself for couples hours during driving for no reason…. That wrack cost $70 k. F.U. BMW!
Wao...for minute I thought I was the only one having problem...this car is a nightmare...I wont ever buy a BMW....overpriced & unreliable....
