@UberFree 1.5m under 12:30. You MUST get that under 10:30 by the time you pass out of AFC I believe. You really do NOT want to get any higher, as it'll make it a lot harder. Aim for around 9:30-10:00 at least. Go out running every day if you can, build it up from 1.5 to 2, 2.5 etc. Once you can manage 3m then 1.5 will be a walk in the park.

please tell me. is it hard to get into the foundation college?? + does anything help like going army cadets or any GCSE's. answers welcome (::

Hi,
No, not hard to get in depending on your general fitness, and medical history. No need for cadets either..although it helps knowing how to polish/iron etc which you learn at cadets. GCSE's..you might need depending on what you want to do in the Army, as they are all different. In general having GCSE's would be good, in D or C or above.
