copy the text to video 2. ull have 2 layers, on video 1, edit the text by changing the shape, use transform horizontally, add lighting effect, a bit of blur or feather, use key frames to animate it. export so both will combine. open the exported video and use motion to control movement. hope it helps. :)

if you look in the description he has put a question How can I reproduce this efect on adobe premiere pro cs3?.... personly i think its done in after effects but with all the effects in premiere pro there should be a way
