The Goldwater Institute's Clint Bolick was on ABC 15 to talk about Preston v. Hallman, the Tempe tattoo case. The City of Tempe is asking for a "do-over" because it wasn't prepared when the case was heard in May. A judge ruled then that Tempe was wrong when it revoked Tom and Elizabeth Preston's special use permit to open a tattoo studio.
Screw the city council. They don't accurately represent MY interests as a tempe resident. Tattoo parlor's are not a problem. That is, they aren't if you're not a agoraphobic paranoid senior citizen. WE'RE A COLLEGE TOWN, FOR GOD'S SAKE.
