@doomandcereal i agree for the most part, but they ARE doing a tour together, so it's not entirely true that both have different places lol. I happen to be a Tool fan and a fan of doom/sludge/stoner metal. I can't fathom how one can like one band but not the other, they're both awesome!

I think all this bickering on Youtube about YOB and Tool is a bit silly, don't you think? I don't like Tool, because I don't like Tool! It's that simple people. Both are different bands and both have different places. Can't we just listen to the music and get along? Please?

You people just don't know how to shut your mouth and appreciate music. This low bellowing roar of music is very much unique and enjoyable. Who cares if it's anything like Tool or nothing like Tool. Tool is Tool, Yob is Yob, leave that shit at that. Get over yourselves and quit bickering back and forward like fake politicians.

I don't like the concept either but i still enjoy some bands or artists that are well known.

I have to disagree...I saw them live everything was perfect, the vocals, the sound, the vibe, it was one of my favourite shows ever, maybe it was a bad day for them in your case...i don't know. But either way, TOOL shadows every band, no matter how good they are
