@AnimeCrazee13: No only Utau is voice by Nana Mizuki in this video. Mitsuki is voiced by Myco, lead singer of a Japanese band called Changin' My Life. The person who made this video had it look like Mitsuki was singing this song when really they're just clips from the anime Full Moon wo Sagashite when Mitsuki sings.
