  • he didn't scoop in the first round he was tapped out and got burned for 5 when he was at 3...that's round over

  • @Ludzipher last friday someone i faced had a deck like that. he was at 5 i was at four. he had 2 chandras phoenix in his hand with 5 lands. he drew his card and probed to draw another by paying 2 life. he drew another probe and went to 1. he played a phoenix and a stromkirk noble and passed turn. my next card was a vapor snag.

  • Really enjoy the deck, but it's too unstable with our current land-base for enemy colours in the standard format which is why you haven't seen any new UR videos. Since the deck pretty much must resolve a threat on the first turn to do anything what so ever. Might however try a similar deck in the modern format instead when i get the time (and cards) for it!

  • @mickmars420 Yeah, vapor snag is the better choice. Didn't had access to any at the time tho. =/

  • @Ludzipher im not that experienced at mtg but i would use vapor snag. even if you have to use it on your own creature like snapcaster its worth the one life.

  • Cool decks that were fun to watch. Also nice job with the 1080p res, it was cool being able to actually read the cards.

  • What turn is it? Two Ponders.

  • @MrPeebuddy He was actually asked that question by hes opponent, and answered that he simply did not have acces to Vapor Snag, but that he would not hesitate to play it over unsummon :)
