it happened to me for an hour it would constant change maps and host then it would make me the host and 3 games later someone changed their name and im the host again

LMAO The epitome of MW2. I think I only play now because it's so mind @#$ing frustrating, a lot like work, so I feel productive when I'm not looking for work.

Well... the people that are getting kicked out are hackers. So that is not a fail. Also many people play mw2. You cant just fill up at 18 player room in 1 sec. That will never happen so dont think it will. Now dont send me shit saying your wrong because im not. Proven facts right there

a server is a dedicated server meant for hosting the game. Your ping on a dedicated server (if it is locally hosted) can be around 30. On IWnet, your ping is around 150 to 200 ( 0 ping if you are host, meaning host has a HUUUUUUUUGE advantage).
You don't need parties for a server because you can pick which one you join
