Dave was using this event to compare supremely ridiculous laws like the milk container filled with water law and the anti-puppeteering law with laws that require businesses to pay their employees a minimum wages for their services.

Libertarians believe having minimum wage laws somehow infringes on their personal "liberty." In essence they have extended the rights of people to businesses and corporations.
